approaching week 7 weigh in

Got in some great cardio this week.  So far I have hit the gym 4 of 5 days, 45 min on the treadmill doing 3 miles and 15 min on the eliptical machine.  Should be a good week....right?  I hope so...but I must admit, I dont feel like its been a successful week.  Its weird, I feel like I gained this week...Im scared to weigh in.  Which is crazy really, I have worked out all week so far and have been eating well.  I did get back to taking my metformin daily and have had a slimfast shake every morning as I havent had time for breakfast.  Maybe I should nix those things.  Guess I wont really know until Tuesday.   

week 6

I stepped up my cardio routine, instead of doing my wii fit I got out and did some walking around the neighborhood and on Monday joined the gym!  So I went in for weigh in....down 5.2 this week.  WTH...5.2??!?!?!  SO super excited and happy and cant believe it!  WHOO HOOOOO!!!

review week 5

lost 2.0.  A decent week...nothing huge but I will take it!  Slowly working towards my 25lb goal before Feb 15.  I am now down 14.6.  Just over 10lbs to go.

This week was better than last for sure!   I lost 2.6 this week.  Feeling better than last week and feeling motivated again!
